The Consulates in Rio

Many nations have consulates in Rio de Janeiro. If you in any way need help the consulate is a good place to go. All of them donīt work well, but they should be at your service, after all they are funded by tax money right. To find your consulate go to Rioturs list of consulates . This will take you to a list of all the consulates. Unfortunately addresses change a lot so itīs a good idea to confirm with your countrys homepage for foreign representation (if any) or just simply make a phone call.

Observe that this/these address/addresses below are the correct ones and substitute any on that list:

- The Swedish Consulate in Rio R. do Ouvidor 108, 2nd floor, Centro map, tel 3852-3143. They moved from Riosul in Botafogo 2005, there is a lot of official info out there that still has the old address. The Finnish and Norwegian representation is still in Riosul.
