Rua Julio de Castilhos 55, 5th floor. Double bed + two single couch beds. It has a 14" colour TV, ceiling fan, refrigerator, gas stove, microwave oven and simple cooking equipment. The shower is heated by gas.

- Prices are per night in Brazilian Reais for a studio up to 2 people
- Extra bed: 10 reais per night/per person
- All fees are included in the value of the lease (condo rate, water and electricity)
- Rentals for a minimum of three nights
