Cruzeiro will win, all three Rio teams in the top flight had a pretty bad season, Fluminense best of them with a good chance to qualify for the Libertadores cup. Botafogo will go down. Vasco still have a good chance to go up from the second division.
The buses that normally would run on Rua Visconde de Pirajá are temporarily running on the beach avenue Vieira Souto, there is no clear available schedule, sometimes there are changes so you have to make sure at the time you want to catch the bus. The next one or two years traffic in the center of Rio will be complicated during rush hours, big constructions in the port area is the reason.
