Bom Dia! This is the 21st weekly newsletter from Gringo-Rio. It is true winter weather that is perhaps is perfect for going to the movies. The October election is naturally the dominant topic for most people, when PSB’s (a party with a social agenda) presidential candidate died in a plain crash this Wednesday it came as a big shock, he was seen as the “third” runner after Rousseff and Neves. The reason for the crash that happened closed to an airport in Santos is unknown. In the accident at least 7 people died, the plane fell down in a populated area. More than being a tragedy it will also have a great effect of the coming elections.
